Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-06-04. Plain-language terms for using WarrantyWise. Not legal advice.

What WarrantyWise is

WarrantyWise helps you record the things you own and reminds you before their warranties expire. We also publish general warranty information and guides. By using the site or app, you agree to these terms.

Warranty information is general, not a guarantee

We work hard to publish accurate, sourced warranty information, and we mark how confident we are. But warranty terms change and vary by model, region, and date of purchase. Always confirm the current terms on the manufacturer's official page before relying on them. The information here is for general guidance and is not a substitute for your product's actual warranty documents or legal advice.

Reminders

We aim to send timely reminder emails, but we can't guarantee delivery (email systems, spam filters, and outages happen). Reminders are a helpful tool — the responsibility for acting on a warranty before it expires remains yours.

Affiliate links

Some links are affiliate links and we may earn a commission. See our affiliate disclosure. We don't control third-party sites and aren't responsible for their content, products, or terms.

Service "as is"

WarrantyWise is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for losses arising from use of the service — including a missed warranty claim. The service is a convenience, not a promise of outcomes.

Changes & ending use

We may update the service or these terms over time. You can stop using WarrantyWise anytime and delete your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
